Mobile diamond cut alloy repair is a new and improved option for fixing or refurbishing alloy wheels. In the past you’d have had to drive your vehicle to a dedicated diamond cutting car garage, which might not even be that close to you. After this, you’d have to wait around, or even leave your car with the garage for days before getting it back.
Thanks to new mobile alloy wheel repair, this is no longer the case. Our mobile service means we will come to you no matter where you are, and deliver workshop-standard repair work on your diamond cut alloy wheels, all at a good price!
What is mobile diamond cut alloy repair?
Mobile diamond alloy repair includes diamond cutting your alloy wheels to repair scuffs, scratches or scrapes, using a diamond-tipped, CNC cutting lathe which restores alloy wheels to pristine condition.
The reason mobile diamond repair is such a groundbreaking concept is because we are able to deliver these repairs at any location, thanks to the development of a mobile diamond cutting machine which ensures the highest standard of repairs, but also fits in the back of a mobile repair van.
The development of this ‘micro-lathe,’ which weighs half a ton as opposed to the usual three, means we offer a unique mobile diamond repair service, something which many other repair providers are not able to offer. A mobile diamond alloy repair van also contains all of the other equipment needed to repair diamond cut alloys to a professional standard. This includes things like:
These are all things you’d expect to see in a professional repair shop, perfectly equipped for diamond repairs. Our partner garages have managed to fit all of this in a mobile van!

Where can I get my diamond cut alloys repaired?
You can normally only get diamond alloys repaired at dedicated repair shops which have the specific and specialised tools required for this job. Not every repair shop has the necessary equipment, so this might rule out your usual, or a well known repair shop. Often, this means it can take a lot longer to find reliable diamond cut repairs than you’d like to wait, and your wheels will spend more time looking scuffed and messy.
However, with Alloy Wheel Repair Services, this is a problem of the past. The new mobile diamond repair service we are offering means that you can get your alloys repaired wherever you are, whenever you need. We’ll simply drive to wherever your car is located, as long as there is space for our repair vans, and perform repair work that’ll make you think you were in a workshop!
How are diamond cut alloys repaired on the road?
You might be considering mobile diamond cut alloy repair, or you’re just interested in the concept. But, like with most things, without knowing the process inside out, it can be difficult to decide whether it’s worth investing your money in a newer service. Here is our process for repairing diamond cut alloys on the road to a premium standard:
We drive our repair van to your location. If you’re in an area we cover, we’ll come straight to you as soon as we can. To find your local repairs, type your location into our town search bar below this list!
Depending on how many are needing diamond cut repairs, we remove the wheel(s) from your vehicle. Unlike regular diamond repairs, we might not need to remove the tyres from the wheel. This is one reason why diamond cut repairs can be quicker and more convenient than alternative options.
The tyre is deflated and pushed back from the rims of your alloys. This is so diamond cutting can take place over the edge of the wheels, ensuring full and pristine coverage.
After placing your wheel onto our groundbreaking CNC diamond-tipped micro-lathe, a meticulous machining process begins in which just millimeters of the surface of your wheel are shaved off. This resolves any damaged or scuffed alloys and restores the wheels to original quality.
Next, your wheels are applied with a coat of thick lacquer which finalises the shiny finish, as well as providing an extra layer of protection, ensuring that our repair work lasts in the longer term.
Finally, we’ll reinflate your tyres at the required pressure, and reattach your alloy(s) to your vehicle. Now, your repairs are complete, your alloys are as good as new, and you’ll be ready to hit the road!
